  • Alison Daley-Lovett

    Marsdens Law Group

    Committee Member

    Alison is a solicitor at Marsdens Law Group. She specialises in family law and is based in their Campbelltown Office. Alison deals with family law type matters including parenting disputes, property disputes, child support and divorces. Previously, Alison was also employed in the areas of commercial and insurance litigation.

    Alison holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management Degree) from the University of Western Sydney Macarthur, and a Diploma of Law from the Legal Practitioners Admission Board. Additionally, Alison is currently undertaking her Masters in Family Law.

    Alison and her family have always lived in the Camden area. Outside the office, Alison plays netball several times a week and can often be found at her local gym.

  • Annamaria Wood

    Macarthur District Temporary Family Care

    Committee Member

    Annamaria has been the General Manager of Macarthur District Temporary Family Care for 14 years. She is a trained nurse in Developmental Disabilities and physical disabilities and has worked with families and children with disabilities for thirty four years, mostly in a community-based setting.

    Annamaria has previously worked as a Community Nurse with the Disability Resources Team in South Western Sydney and the Sutherland shire. She has been involved in the development of many projects and programmes for families and individuals with disabilities in local communities and has a strong passion and commitment to supporting families and developing services to ensure families are involved in the development and delivery of services.

    Annamaria believes it is important to continually strive to improve quality of service and support for people with a disability, their families/carers and children of families in crisis. People with disabilities and their families / carers should have opportunities and choices to access any service in the community as we all do.

  • Annick Leach

    YWCA NSW

    Committee Member

    Long time resident of the Wollondilly area. Annick has been the Regional Manager, YWCA NSW, South West Region for the past 10 years and prior to that with Macarthur Training & Learning Centre. Annick has over 27 years experience in the community sector with 20 years community management (tertiary qualifications - Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and Communication, Master of Policy in Sociology, Diploma in Adult Education, Diploma of Secondary Education (HSIE) and Workplace Assessor & Trainer. Annick's experience includes working in the local communities encompassing Macarthur, Wollondilly and Southern Highlands region managing a range of labour market services/programs and accredited training.

    Annick's current responsibilities comprise managing services that range across training, employment services, community programs and a social enterprise.

    Annick is a passionate advocate for education and is a past chairperson and current deputy chair of South Western Sydney Vocational Training Promotion Committee. Also Chairperson of Wingecarribee Forum, Committee Member of Macarthur Sector Connect, member of Campbelltown Chamber of Commerce, and Board Member of Southern Highlands Community Transport.

  • Fiona Devine

    Vice President

    Fiona grew up in the Macarthur region and now resides here with her family. She currently holds a Community Development role with local Council and in the past has held positions in the Disability field, in Family Support and various other Community Development roles. Fiona has held other voluntary positions including a Management Committee role for a Community and Information Centre and Community Representative for the Macarthur Area Assistance Scheme. Fiona is currently completing a Bachelor of Social Science and as a local resident has a vested interest in the Macarthur area, its future, community and environment.

  • Gloria Bates

    MTC Work Solutions - MAP

    President

    Gloria has lived in Macarthur for 40 years. For the last 30 years she has worked in Employment, Community and Training in Campbelltown. Gloria managed a Business College in Campbelltown, worked in Employment Services, managed a large Job Network Service in Campbelltown and currently works in a Community Development role for MTC Work Solutions in Minto. She worked to establish a community technology hub known as Minto Access Point. The local community has embraced the centre and it is thriving with over 1100 members accessing MAP on a regular basis. Gloria is the President of Sector Connect, chairs the Minto Employment Working Group, is on the Working Together in Minto Coordination Group and is a member of the management committee for Partners in Employment. On a personal note Gloria is a mother and grandmother and when not working or being with family or friends has a passion for searching out pre-loved vintage toys.

  • Mark Populin

    Mark was previously an owner of a successful Information Technology Integration organisation, specialising in IT infrastructure, management services, consulting and contracting services, systems design and deployment. The business grew over 15 years to become a $60 million organisation with locations across Australia and clients primarily from Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

    After successfully selling the business in 1999, Mark contracted his services in restructuring businesses and implementing change management. Mark's experience has taken him across IT, manufacturing, distribution, financial, legal and community services organisations; from start-up organisations to multinationals.

    Mark has been the CEO of Interchange Wingecarribee Incorporated since 2004. Interchange Wingecarribee Incorporated is a not-for-profit organisation providing services to people with disabilities, the frail aged and their carers.

    Interchange Wingecarribee Incorporated provides service provision from over 22 government funded programs across, personal care, domestic assistance, respite, social activity programs, community and centre based programs, emergency accommodation and case management, to over 380 clients at any one time.

  • noelene rudolph

    Secretary

    Noelene Rudolph has been employed as the Coordinator of Community Planning and Development at Camden Council since mid 2008. Prior to that she was employed as the Multicultural Community Development Officer at Auburn Council, having worked in the inner-city community sector across diverse areas including health, education, youth and settlement services. She has facilitated the development of several grass root community organisations and has sat on various other management committees including community radio, a neighbourhood centre and various ethnic organisations. Noelene has degrees in Social Anthropology and Psychology. She is particularly interested in social justice, multiculturalism and womens health.
