"The whole community working together to meet human needs."
8 March, 2012
Campbelltown City Council, together with the Multicultural Health Service, are inviting women of Campbelltown to participate in a photo competition where they are asked to submit up to four photos that they feel represent women. These images can be of anything - people, object, location - that they feel show what it means to be a woman. The photos will be exhibited on International Women's Day at the 'Inspiring Women' celebration which Council is hosting on 8 March 2012. The exhibition of the final collection of photographs hopes to show not only what it means to be a woman, but to highlight similarities and differences of women in today's world. Photo entries will need to be submitted to Council by 27 February 2012 in either print form or on digital media and participants will be in the running to win one of three fantastic prizes.Printed entry forms can be collected from Council's Civic Centre, corner Queen and Broughton Streets, Campbelltown, or download a form from www.campbelltown.nsw.gov.au. If you require any further information, please contact Council's Community Resources and Development section on 4645 4902 or email deborah.ferry@campbelltown.nsw.gov.au
