Current Aboriginal managers from the community sector are invited to engage in this dynamic and unique Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management course (also known as the Leadership In Action course) based on Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence theory. This course will provide a variety of useful and practical tools which will increase effectiveness as a manager and enhance leadership skills.The course is suitable for new and existing Aboriginal managers in community services including frontline supervisors, team leaders, program managers and coordinators. Participants must have the opportunity to supervise staff throughout the program. Due to government funding this course is FREE for Aboriginal Managers to participate!
