'Turbulent Tweens'

An understanding of "Tweens" (9-12 year olds) by looking at their specific issues, how to better relate & work with them. It will be facilitated using interactive exploratory techniques to ensure participants leave with a greater understanding of what it's like for the " TWEEN" and therefore be better equipped to relate to them.. Defining Tweens & why they now hold their own stage in child development,. between childhood & adolescence.. Discussing the issues prevalent to this age group and their impact on family,others & the "Tween".. Identifying, understanding & looking beyond the behaviour exhibited by Tweens.Discussion around societal, physiological, technological influences and Tweens'and others' reactions to these.. Meeting Tweens where they are at not where you would like them to be. Adult versus Tween perspective.. Applying the understanding of what makes a Tween tick to work in your favour.
