As part of our common vision to create world class primary health care services, our two neighbouring Primary Health Networks (PHNs) are collaborating on a new, two-stage approach to consumer engagement.  Through this short survey, community organisations are firstly invited to describe how consumer engagement is currently being managed; and secondly, are asked for expressions of interest in collaborating in improving consumer engagement.

We'd like to share the insights from this research and work with interested groups to develop a local, sustainable, user-friendly and inclusive consumer engagement framework.  Please join us by participating in this survey.
