Go4Fun Centralised Service Provision

The NSW Go4Fun program is a childhood obesity treatment program that has been delivered in NSW since 2009 targeting 7-13 years old children who are above a healthy weight and their families. Go4Fun is the only childhood obesity treatment program delivered across NSW.

NSW Health is seeking an appropriate supplier to provide the centralised service delivery component of the Go4Fun program from 1st July 2019 until 30 June 2021 with three one year extension options till 2024. The centralised service provider to provide high quality state wide program infrastructure, resources, training and program delivery support to the Go4Fun program.

There is an existing supplier who is contracted to deliver the Go4Fun® centralised service until 30 June 2019. The existing provider was engaged through a competitive procurement process and has been delivering the service in NSW since 2009. The existing Supplier is entitled to submit an application to re- tender.
