Boxing Day changes relating to workers compensation
The NSW Government made significant changes to Section 39 of the Workers’ Compensation Amendment Act which will see over 2000 workers receive their final income replace payment. Workers are also within their rights to seek legal representation or have their case reviewed by contacting Workers Compensation Independent Review Office, Workers Compensation Commission or State Insurance Regulatory Authority.
