Around the world, we've laid out thousands of shoes on beaches, in cities and on the steps of parliament buildings, to symbolise the men who die by suicide each month.

In Australia that number is 191. Each month. That's 6 every day.

Around the world, 510,000 men die by suicide each year. That's one every minute.

But suicide isn't the only crisis in men's health. Men's cancers are on the rise. Testicular cancer rates have doubled in the last 50 years, and prostate cancer is the second most common cancer in men worldwide.

As Movember comes to an end for 2016, we're asking you one last time to help us stop men dying too young.

Do it for your father, your son, brother, partner, friends, or do it for yourself.
